Founded by Paul Searra in 1981, we bring over four decades of expertise, heritage, and passion to every project. There is almost nothing that Paul and his team haven’t seen in the construction industry.
As a family-operated business, spanning four generations of both designers and builders, we’ve built our reputation (see what we did there) on quality, reliability, and a deep understanding of our craft.
Our interior designer, Phil, and architectural engineer, John, have been in the industry for 85 years combined. Our 3D designer has been rendering for two decades this year.
With Paul’s 43 years, our combined experience makes us one of the most skilled, trusted, and experienced construction companies in South Africa.
Our team, including Paul’s daughter Jen, a creative force with a keen eye for detail, and Booster our trusted head project manager, are dedicated to transforming and boosting (excuse the pun) your spaces into original masterpieces that speak volumes of craftsmanship.
Our history is rich, with roots stretching back to the houses built by Jen and Nick’s grandfather in Sydenham and Bryanston.
